Our History

Accurate Pattern Inc. is owned by the leadership team of Polly Sackett, CEO & Kevin Williams, COO. They purchased the business in April of 2021 in a family succession from Bruce Williams, Kevinâ€™s father.

Accurate Pattern & Model, Inc. was started by brothers Bruce and Brian Williams in February 1985 in Bruceâ€™s basement and garage. In 1986, Accurate Pattern was incorporated, with Bruce Williams as President.

The business continued to grow & expand & stayed on the cutting edge of technology, adding CAD/CAM work stations and additional CNC capabilities. Further service expansion included large pattern, tool, & plug making for the fiberglass, vacuum forming, and marine industries and spray paint finishing.

In 2002 the company shortened its name to Accurate Pattern Inc. to better match the variety of services they offered and updated their logo to reflect the companyâ€™s state-of-the-art equipment and processes. In November of 2007, Accurate Pattern Inc. moved to its current location at 12833 W Glendale Ave, Butler, WI. The plant is 19,000 square feet of shop/office plus 5,000 of useable mezzanine. This facility is arranged with efficiency and flow of work in mind.

The succession of ownership from Bruce Williams to Polly Sackett & Kevin Williams took place in April of 2021. In July of 2021, ISO 9001:15 certification was achieved. This reflected the high level of quality at Accurate Pattern Inc. and opened doors to new industries.

Accurate Pattern Inc. continues to be on the cutting edge of new technology, as demonstrated by the purchase of our new 5-axis Haas UMC-1000 CNC router, which has travel limits of 40â€³ x 25â€³ x 25â€³ XYZ. C axis 360 degrees, B 120 to -35 degrees.
